Transparent Data Cleansing Pricing
Our data cleansing pricing works on two things: how many columns need attention and how many rows you have. We only charge for the columns that need cleansing, so simply enter the number of messy columns, not the total.
For example, you have a 20-column file with 2,000 rows. Simply enter the number of messy columns, for instance 3, plus the total number of rows – 2,000.
You’ll see the full price before you speak to anyone. No quote form to fill out, no “contact us for pricing”.

What Types of Messy Data We Cleanse
Most files have some combination of the following:
Duplicate records. The same customer entered four times under three spellings, repeated invoice numbers, rows that look different but aren’t. We identify genuine duplicates and merge or remove them without losing the good data attached to each one.
Inconsistent formatting. Dates written as 01/12/2024 and 12/01/2024 in the same column. “Ltd” and “Limited” and “LTD”. Phone numbers as 07700-900-123 and 07700900123. We pick one standard and apply it throughout.
Trailing spaces and hidden characters. Dull, invisible, and by a distance the most common problem we see — more than half of all the issues we encounter across client datasets. They’re also the reason your lookups fail and your duplicate counts are wrong.
Missing values. Blank phone numbers, absent transaction dates, empty fields that break your reporting. We flag what’s missing, fill what can be derived from elsewhere in the data, and tell you plainly what can’t.
Invalid emails and bad addresses. Misspelled domains (gmial.com), malformed entries etc. Cleaning these protects your sender reputation before it takes a hit.
Errors and typos. Misspelt names, transposed digits, prices with the decimal in the wrong place. The kind of thing that survives every automated check and only surfaces when a customer complains.
Structural problems. Merged cells, data in the wrong columns, everything crammed into one field. We normalise the structure, so the file behaves like a database rather than a document.
