Subject Access Request (SAR) Support Services

A Subject Access Request starts a one-calendar-month clock, and the work behind it is rarely simple. Files are scattered across email, shared drives and case systems, full of duplicates, and packed with third-party information that has to be redacted.

We take it off your hands. Send us your files and we handle the scoping and redaction, so you receive one finished, ready-to-send SAR response—it really is that simple…

Content Fingerprinting

Advanced duplicate detection greatly reduces document volume, saving on SAR Support costs.

Chronological Email Timeline

As standard, individual emails are organised into a logical timeline that are easier to review for all parties.

3-5 Day Turnaround

From just £450, a disclosure ready SAR response in as little as 3 working days.

What’s Included

  • Scoping: we work out what’s in scope and what isn’t, so you only disclose what you need to.
  • De-duplication: duplicate documents and email chains are removed before redaction, which reduces your page count and cost.
  • Redaction: third-party personal data and exempt material are redacted by a person, page by page.
  • A finished SAR response: organised, checked and ready for you to review and send.

You remain the data controller and sign off the final response. We prepare it, and you send it.

How It Works

  1. Send your files: upload them securely to us.
  2. We scope and de-duplicate: you get a clear page count before redaction starts.
  3. We redact: every page is reviewed and quality checked.
  4. You receive your SAR response: ready to send, typically in 3–5 working days.

Transparent SAR Support Pricing

No licence costs. No subscription fees. No surprises.
Simple per-page pricing, and the more pages you have, the lower your average cost per page. SAR support starts from £450 (minimum 500 pages). You’re charged on the pages that remain after de-duplication.

Why we can’t quote from a sample: We price on the total page count after duplicates, and neither can be judged from a sample. A single email can hold two pages or a hundred, and a pile of 600 pages may shrink considerably once duplicates are removed. Upload everything and we’ll tell you the exact figure.

Don’t know your page count?
No problem, we appreciate email exports etc are impossible to tell how many pages are held within. Simply upload your files and we’ll analyse the dataset, provide an analysis with an exact page count and confirm your SAR support quote within 24 hours – completely free with no obligation.

Here are some real world examples to perhaps give you an idea of cost of our SAR support services:
